Vidya Srinivas
Vidya is one of the founding members of the company and has contributed in various capacities
before rising to become the CEO of the company. She is the backbone of the engineering and innovation centric culture of our company and has proven expertise in many of the technologies.
Starting her career as a B.Tech graduate from Kuvempu university, Vidya has been involved in product development encompassing multiple domains. Vidya is a very hands-on manager and looks after the project management and high level
technical planning and design of products and solutions. She always remains on top of the technology edge and one stop resource for “How can things be made better”? |

Prasad GNN
Prasad heads human resource, a vital ingredient in the human resource intensive business of
Prodigy. He also sits on the management board of our company and actively involved in day to day business management as well as strategy development. He is a key in setting up company
policies and processes. Previous to Prodigy, Prasad has worked with Hewlett & Packard for several years and lead project management for promoting information and communication technologies to the ‘bottom of
pyramid’. He is also a founder of two NGO’s and is a active contributor in rural development and environmental campaigns |

Mangesh Patankar
True to the spirit of our company’s vision, Mangesh has strong technical background, having
done his masters from IIT-Bombay. Mangesh has rich experience in new product development
process and have taken many products from concept stage to commercial launch in the field of
medical and energy conservation. He has several patents awarded in various fields. Previously,
Mangesh worked with Johnson and Johnson and was instrumental in setting up R&D division in
India. Mangesh looks after new business development and project management. Being on both sides of
technology and project delivery, he ensures that that we meet or exceed customer expectations
in each and every project. Through our alliances and partnerships, Prodigy has been able to cater
to wide range of clients across the world and has worked suitable business models to cater to
different needs. |

Prerna Sachwani
Prerna, an inexhaustible bundle of energy, heads the accounts section of the company. As part of her
responsibilities, she overlooks the financial, taxation and custom affairs relating to the company. In addition to
finances, she is also responsible for the asset and facilities management. Prerna holds a masters degree in
commerce and English Literature. Prerna is currently pursuing the coveted ICWAI course along with her work.
Needless to say that she is one of our committed and sincere resources and is an asset to Prodigy Labs. |

Prithvi Gautham
Prithvi has proven expertise in RF and RF related devices, which is one of the key technologies
which we are proud of. He has lead many end-to-end projects for RF based products. RF based
devices are flagship products sold by Prodigy through channel partners. Prithvi has Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from prestigious National Institute of
Engineering, Mysore. Prithvi handles new product ideas and works towards bringing them to the
market and is a useful resource for technologically challenging applications. Prithvi actively
participates in all phases of product development lifecycle by providing input during definition and
design phases, functional and technical walkthroughs, impementing and adhering to all the
quality standards. Prithvi also is management representative for implementation and maintenance
for new project management processes at the company.

Sunil Naik
Sunil leads projects related to embedded electronics hardware design. He has wide working
experience in many technologies and processors. He also has proven expertise in user interface
design and ensures that the design is user centric in terms of usability, flow, ruggedness and
ergonomics. He interfaces with the team of industrial designers, software engineers and
manufacturing vendors. Sunil is extremely committed individual with an eye for quality. His energy and tenacity is amazing
and refreshing to the entire team at prodigy. Sunil has bachelor degree and Master of Science in
engineering. Sunil heads the embedded engineering team and also participates in overall company
management, strategy meetings and implementation of the strategies in his department. |
